LP3993
General Description
The LP3993 is designed for portable applications with demanding performance and space requirements. The LP3993 performance is optimized for high voltage systems to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the input system life. The LP3993 also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications, critical in hand-held wireless devices. The other features include ultra low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.

LN1121
■ General Description The LN1121 series are precise, low power consumption, high voltage; positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The LN1121 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter's feedback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. Output voltage can be set internally by laser trimming technologies.
